When weather conditions are just right, crystals of pure salt form on the surface of the sea. These crystals, called Fleur de Sel (Salt Flowers) are harvested from small boats. This delicate and delicious salt can be added to boiling water for cooking pasta, on salads, foie gras – or to finish any dish including chocolate, desserts, and more.
