Colavita, founded by Giovanni and Felice Colavita, began life in 1938 in Sant’Elia a Pianisi, as a small olive mill. In the 1960’s Oleifici Colavita became one of the top 5 olive oil refineries in Italy. Fast forward to 1977, Colavita forged a partnership and world wide distribution began.

Today Colavita is Italy’s top choice in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is cold pressed from premium select Italian Olives and squeezed one day after harvest.
